No 1 House  is beautiful.  Facing the lights of Auckland City across the harbour, this  100 year old classic restored villa is  on the water's edge. Lounge and kitchen with often quoted ‘definitely the best view of Auckland and even New Zealand’.

Lounge picture windows  look to the twinkling lights of Auckland city.  Lounge has cream leather seating, and a Nogochi coffee table, conservatory with a glass dining table and leather seating.  Kitchen has a dishwasher, pantry,microwave, ice making fridge and freezer, dual ovens with gas hobs. Water heating by Infinity gas and new open flame gas fire fitted in lounge. Carpet is deep pile Calliga – beautiful to walk on.

Main bedroom has queen size bed, with a dormer french doors leading out onto a flat deck that has an eye popping view of harbour and boats. This bedroom has own en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe etc. A second  bedroom, queen size bed  is with its own en-suite and is on a lower floor.

All utilities are included, power, gas, water, washing machine,dryer,  rates, taxes, flat screen TV, Sky decoder and WiFi modem, and is ideal for business or professional couple.   One single rent covers all outgoings.

In the quirky garden is a Hobbit House, the only one in captivity out of Hobbiton. Wander down to our own private beach, we swim and fish off the private dock.  

The Northcote ferry to the city is one minute away, with all day commuting service.  Stroll to very good restaurants, boutique Bridge way Cinema, NZ wine shop and tapas bar, fish and chips shop, delicatessen. One mile away the shopping centre has 20 ethnic resturantes,ATM banks, postoffice and more.
